How Seint Artist income is earned

To money as a Seint Artist, there’s a few things you need to do. First, you need to buy a kit. Since you want to be able to show off this make up in order to promote sales, you’re going to want to buy the Pro Artist Kit. It’s $450.

Then, you’ll need to sell the products. To find out what we need to sell, we’ll use the direct sales calculator. We’ll assume the most generous commission of 40%. But please note that commission ranges from 20-40%. The average Seint product costs $16. Let’s say you want to make $100,000 a year. That’s approximately $8,334 a month. How many $16 at 40% commission would you need to sell to earn that? 1,373 products in month 1 to earn $8,334 and recoup your initial $450 investment. After month 1, you’d need to sell 1,303 products per month to earn the equivalent of a $100k/year job.

What if I don’t need to earn $100k? How about just a few hundred dollars a month?

Sure, let’s do the math there for just $500 a month. In month 1, you’d need to sell 149 products that cost $16 each to break even and recoup your investment costs. Afterwards, you’d need to sell 79 products that cost $16 a month to earn $500 per month.

How likely am I to earn money as a Seint Artist?

According to Seint’s income disclosure statement, the majority of their Seint Artists are at the Artist II level. It takes 39 months to achieve this rank. And once achieved, the average income is $1,025 per month. However, in order to get there, you need to make it past Artist I rank, where the average income is $79 and does not factor in the cost of your initial investment. This means that Seint Artists are potentially losing $371 in month 1 and never selling any additional products. Should I become a Seint Artist?

That’s a choice only you can make. Before embarking on any financial venture, consider:

1. Your risk tolerance. Is the initial investment cost going to hurt you financially? If you make this investment, will you be able to pay your bills? Will your investment cost more due to high interest credit card fees?
2. Your selling ability. Were you a Girl Scout as a child? Have you sold anything, ever to anyone? How many people do you know who are willing to purchase a product from you? How about more than one or more than once?
3. Your time. If you need to sell about a thousand products a month, does that fit into your lifestyle? That’s approximately 33 products a day or roughly 4 products an hour. Unless you have a large, captive audience looking for your products, you’ll need to hustle a lot to make that quota.
