Furthering my campaign for "Worst Mom of the Year", I had a meltdown yesterday which included the shocking request of "please-get-this-baby-away-from-me-before-I-lose-it". Surprisingly, my husband had more difficulty handing over the reins than I did. Last night, we had our first real "outing" that wasn't baby centered. By outing, I mean shopping trip. And by not "baby … [Read more...] about Life Without the Baby: Anxiety Attack or an Extended Weekend of Bliss?

Entertaining Himself: Ways in Which My 7 Week Old Doesn’t Need Me

This morning, Clark woke up at 11:50AM. And so did I. Thus, my glorious day of shopping, coffee drinking, and indulging my 35-year-old husband's video game lust. After braving the world of Buy Buy Baby and saving over $50 on formula, Brian asked to go to GameStop. Naturally, I rolled my eyes. But, he's really the best husband ever. So I said ok. "Ok" turned into me saying yes … [Read more...] about Starbucks, Buy Buy Baby, Midnight Release Party for GTA, and How Much I Hate Pumping
